Eligibility

By registering as a creator with AMSA, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, platform handles, follower counts, etc.) is accurate and that you have the rights to the social media accounts you register.

Campaign Offers

When AMSA sends you a campaign offer, you may accept or decline. Accepting an offer means you agree to deliver the content described in the campaign brief, on the agreed platform, by the agreed deadline.

Content Standards

Content you submit must be original, comply with the platform's community guidelines, and accurately represent the brand and product as briefed. AMSA reserves the right to request revisions or reject content that does not meet campaign requirements.

Payment

Payment for completed and approved campaigns will be made according to the payment terms communicated to you for each campaign. You are responsible for providing accurate payment/bank details.

Exclusivity & Conduct

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, accepting a campaign does not create an exclusive relationship. You agree to conduct yourself professionally when representing a brand through AMSA.

Termination

AMSA reserves the right to remove creators from its network for fraudulent activity, repeated missed deadlines, or violation of these terms.
